SequenceReset (4)
SequenceReset (4) is used to inform the counterparty of a new, higher sequence number. It can be used to:
ignore messages which are no longer relevant during recovery (gap fil mode)
set a higher number after an unrecoverable failure (reset mode)
Behaviour is as described in the FIX Trading Community FIX Session Layer.
