Handling Columns

Views have a default setting for the way in which the columns in that view appear, but you also have the
option to customize the order in which the columns appear.

Change the sorting order

To change the sorting order of the columns from ascending to descending order and vice versa, click on the column header. A small arrow will appear to the right of the column title, signaling the current sorting order of that column.
To sort on any column, click on the column header. To toggle between ascending and descending sorting order, click several times consecutively on a column header.
You can sort on two columns concurrently, that is, first on column A and then on column B. To do this, first click on the header for column A, then press the Shift key and click on the header for column B. To undo the double sorting, click any column.
